Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TheFanTheory. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
